Draft — this is a structural skeleton, not documentation. Most pages are empty stubs listing what they will cover. Nothing here is finished, and some of it describes parts of Baseout that are not built yet.

Sources

A Source is an Airtable connection that belongs to your account, not to one Space. You add it once — with OAuth or with a personal access token — and reuse it across Spaces. The Sources list shows each one’s name, how it was authorized, its status, how many Spaces use it, and how many bases it can see.

This page will cover adding a Source both ways, what each authorization method can and cannot see, and what happens to the Spaces using a Source when it breaks.

  • OAuth or personal access token — which should I use?
  • Why does one Source see 50 bases and another only 12?
  • Can I have more than one Airtable account connected?
  • What happens to a Space if I remove the Source it uses?
  • How do I move a Space onto a different Source?

Only the summary above.
